It would be great if you create an issue on GitHub source repo (https://github.com/wizecore/graylog2-output-jdbc) if experience any problems instead of commenting here.

Thanks! It is a good plugin which I am implementing it; however, I have some issue to set it up. Below are my questions:
1. What should I fill in in "Driver to use"?
2. Is the JDBC URL correct? jdbc:sqlserver://;servername=server123:1433;databaseName=Graylog;
3. Is the authentication supporting "Windows Authentication"? Or only support SQL authentication?
4. Is my graylog2-output-jdbc.jar/META-INF/MANIFEST.MF configuring right?

Manifest-Version: 1.0
Archiver-Version: Plexus Archiver
Created-By: Apache Maven
Built-By: ruslan
Build-Jdk: 1.6.0_65

Class-Path: /home/ubuntu/mssqlserverjdbc/Driver/sqljdbc_4.2/enu/sqljdbc42.jar

5. Where is the log/ error log of using the plugin? What is the log file name?

Thanks a lot for your help
